If you are interested in applying for the European Fellowship in Research Ethics (EFRE) to be held in Leuven from 10 June to 5 July 2019, please complete the Application Form and pay the Application Fee of 50 Euros through our ePay service. This fee is required for processing your application. It is nonrefundable. Your bank or card agency may charge you additional processing fees. We will not charge you any additional fees for your Application. We do not collect VAT as we are not required to do so by law. If you are accepted to the EFRE 2019 Programme, this fee will be deducted from your registration fee. Please note that by law you, as a consumer, have the right to reclaim your application fee within 14 days of making the payment, beginning at the time the payment transaction was made. You can do so by e-mailing or phoning us.
The Application Deadline is 19 April 2019. You will receive a response from us regarding the acceptance of your application by 26 April 2019.
